I Can Keep Calm

 Keeping calm is a skill that for some people comes natural and others have to work on it. Taking deep breath helps you feel calmer.  There are 3 important steps:

1. Take a deep breath in through your nose

2. Hold your break for the count of 2

3. Breath out through you mouth as slowly as you can. Pretend you blowing you breath out through a thin straw! 


You can try the Fish Breathing technique:

1. Breath in through your nose

2. Expand your cheeks

3. Breath out through your mouth
